General rules on how to create & maintain your vendorfy store
- Create Your Store:
Before you can start selling on with vendorfy, you need to register you business on our platform so we can allocate a store space to you. Below are how to register:
- Visit https://vendorfy.net
- Click on the “Create Store” button
- Fill the registration form
- Complete the set up wizard ( you may need to upload you business logo and store banner so as to personalize your store. Please Note your LOGO must not be (150 x 150 pixel) and your STORE BANNER must be exactly this size (625 x 300 pixel). If you don’t have a logo or store banner for your business, you may still go ahead and fill the rest of the form to create your store but it’s important you have those items as they will make your store stand out. - Wait for your store approval to start uploading products. - Create products to your store:
After your store must have being approved, it is time for you to start creating products to your store. Read this article to guide you on how to make good product photography to your store.
- Compress Your Pictures:
We advise that you compress your product pictures before you add them to you store. This is very important as it will safe you disk space to add more products.
NOTE: Every store has an initial STORE SPACE of 20MB which is free to all new store owners, to manage this space you need to ensure you do not upload heavy picture or files to your store. If for any reason you exhaust the 20MB free space, you may need to purchase more store space to be able to add more products to your store.

All you have to do is visit any of the url above depending on the type of picture you are uploading, click on the ‘UPLOAD FILE’ link and select the pictures you want to compress from your device. When that is done, allow the site to compress the picture it only takes seconds depending on the numbers of pictures you attached, then click the ‘DOWNLOAD FILES’ link that will appear below the pictures and that’s it.
NOTE: most popular picture type is JPEG so if you are uploading from your phone you may want to choose the JPEG IMAGE COMPRESSER. The file you may need to unzip the downloaded files to extract the pictures.

It’s very simple. Whatsapp generally compresses any image you upload so you can take advantage of this simple process to get compressed pictures for your store.
Just add the products picture you like to upload to a message and probably send it to your friend or other phone if you use double whatsapp phones, on the phone you sent with go to your gallery, you will find the whatsapp image folder, there you have all the images sent via whatsapp upload the images from that folder to your vendorfy store.
