How to fulfill your order

Making sure your customers receive their order on time is very important as this will make them to be more loyal to your business.

I will show you the steps to take when there is an order from you store.

Vendorfy have made it very easy to get notifications when there are order from your store through email and sms. Below are the steps to take when you get an order notification:

  • Log in to you Vendorfy Store Management Dashboard
  • Go to the Order Tab
  • Generate and print out all the order documents such as INVIOCE and PACKING SLIPS. Click here to learn how to generate your order documents.
  • Package the order for delivery. Click here to learn more
  • Deliver the packaged product(s) to Vendorfy drop off centers , or request for order pick up from your vendorfy store management dashboard.
  • Login to your Vendorfy Store Management Dashboard when you are back from the drop off center. Go to the order tab and click on the SHIPPED ICON on the particular order ROW as shown in the image below:

You will be redirected to a page where you have to click on the shipping icon on each product ROW to input the tracking number and url. See picture below:

Please fill in the ORDER NUMBER as the tracking number and www.redstarplc.com/tracker for the tracking URL, if you deliver your packaged order to any of the available drop off centers or if you request item pick up on your Store Management Dashboard from your address . However, if you shipped the order through a third party logistic agent, make sure to get the order tracking number and the tracking URL from them so you can fill it here to enable your customers track there order as its being delivered to them.

Please do not forget to notify us via live chat or from your vendorfy management dashboard to tell us which drop off center you used or if you want to request for item pickup at your location.

Message format: Order with order number (ie: 6598) Drop-off At Ikoyi Station ( DROP OFF STATION ADDRESS) copy the station address on and paste it here

For PICKUP: Am requesting for order with order number (ie: 6598) to be picked up at my location ( YOUR ADDRESS)

To send a message to us from your vendorfy management dashboard, Login to your account –> Click on the Notification icon at the top of your dashboard (BELL) on the new page, you will find all notifications regarding your store and at the top you can send a message directly to us. Please see picture below.

 

NOTE: It is very important you complete the final step so as to enable our system credit your account accordingly.
