How to package your products for delivery
Store owners can make use of any packaging materials either branded with your store name or unbranded. We usually advice store owners brand there packaging materials to boost their brand awareness since Vendorfy’s main purpose is to assist store owners increase their brand/store awareness.
When you have your packaging materials ready, it’s time to generate and print out the item invoice and Packing slip from your Store Management Dashboard –> Order Tab, the invoice and packing slip is located at the right end of each order roll, click on them to download to your device for printing (cross check the printed documents to ensure it’s the same with the order you want to fulfill).
Put the printed invoice inside the packaging along with your items. If you are VAT-registered, you must staple your ETR to the invoice. You must use the invoice generated through you Store Management Dashboard.
Attach the Product Packing Slip outside the package with a transparent tape. Ensure the Packing Slip is placed correctly so that it is visible anyone.
For large, already packaged items:
Use a flyer and attach it with a transparent tape on the package. In the flyer put the invoice and the Packing List.
Note: It is important that your products are packed properly as they may be rejected for delivery if they are not packed properly. Or we may charge you extra fee.
